Order the developer from the same brand as your colour wherever you can. Cross-brand mixing is the most common reason a colour does not lift the way the shade chart promised, and it is almost always diagnosed as a bad batch of colour when it is really a mismatched developer.

We stock the standard volumes. Tell us the brand and volume you work with and we will confirm what is on the shelf; if you are unsure which volume a particular lift needs, ask at the counter.
